I don’t like an item, can I return it?
Yes, you have the option to return incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective items within 5 days of receiving the order.
✔ How do I return an item?
Please contact us in advance.
All items in the shipment must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Upon inquiry to office@brand-hub.bg and approval by us, make a copy of the original goods receipt or invoice, highlighting the items being returned or exchanged, and include it in your return shipment.
Our returns department will check all goods on return and all refund requests will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please keep a valid invoice including a tracking number in case parcels are lost in transit.
All non-delivery cases will not be valid without this invoice. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the courier for any items/parcels lost in transit.
✔ At what point can I request a return of my order?
Returns of miss-shipped, damaged or defective items may be requested within 5 days of receiving the items.
✔ Where do I send items to be returned?
An email will be sent to you with the address to send the return items to.
✔ Can I change my item?
No, it is not possible to change your item. A credit note will be issued as soon as the product is returned.
