Registration is done by filling out the form on the site and is completely free. The User should log in to the system by entering their personal identification data, consisting of a username, corresponding to the email address specified during registration and a personal password chosen by the User at the same time.
Registration is carried out after submitting a request to the administrative department by phone or email.
The customer is required to provide their first and last name, phone, email, and additional information in order to generate a username and password. After sending an email that contains a password reset request link, the customer is provided access to the website.
Upon successful registration, the customer receives access to wholesale prices and their profile, through which they can submit and track their orders, as well as the invoices for them.
When placing an order on the website, it is necessary to collect the following personal and company data: Name, Last Name, Company Name, VAT Number, Company Address, Telephone, and E-mail.
When choosing a delivery option to another address, it is necessary to collect additional information: Name, Surname, information regarding the other address, and phone.
Each order is made only after the user has read the Terms of Use and provided their consent.
The Registered User is responsible for keeping and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
By registering on the Website, the User also agrees to receive invitations to the Company’s commercial offers (hereinafter referred to as the “Newsletter”).
The Company reserves the right to refuse the User’s registration at its discretion. The registered user may request the cancellation, addition, update or correction of their personal data specified during registration. In case of voluntary account closure, the User may, in any case, register again.
